Why minimums exist
Every blockchain transfer costs a network fee. Minimums stop deposits so small that processing them would cost more than they're worth.
Fees on small amounts
A fee is the same whether you send a little or a lot. On a busy Bitcoin network, that fee can be a big share of a small deposit. Litecoin, Tron and USDT on lower-fee networks are often cheaper to send. See Litecoin.
Below the minimum
If you send less than the minimum, it may not be credited. Contact support with the transaction ID. Don't send a second small amount hoping they'll combine.
