Verify first
Stake won't take a deposit until your email and account are verified. It's also the moment to set a deposit limit. Lowering a limit is instant, and raising or removing it takes 24 hours.
Your first crypto deposit
- Set a deposit limit in your responsible gambling settings.
- Open the cashier and choose Deposit.
- Pick the coin, then the network. For USDT, choose from ERC-20, BEP-20, Polygon, TRC-20 or Solana.
- Copy the address, plus the memo or tag if Stake shows one.
- In your wallet, choose the same network and paste.
- Send a small test and wait for it to arrive, then send the rest.
The network rule
Coins sent on the wrong network aren't credited. That's the most expensive mistake new players make. Our crypto guide and USDT page explain it.
No crypto yet?
Stake links MoonPay for buying crypto by card. Buying fees vary, so compare them with a licensed exchange in your country.
Local currency
In some countries, Stake offers local currency and card deposits in selected currencies. Options depend on your country and currency, so check the cashier after you log in. We don't print a list because it changes.
Before you press send
| Check | Why |
|---|---|
| Coin matches | Wrong coin isn't credited |
| Network matches | Wrong network isn't credited |
| Memo or tag included | XRP and EOS need one |
| Amount above the minimum | Shown in the cashier |
| Limit set | Easier now than later |
Minimums and fees
Each coin has its own minimum, shown in the cashier. Network fees go to the blockchain, not Stake. See minimum deposit.
After it lands
Your balance updates after the network confirms. To set some aside, see the Vault guide. When you want money out, read how to withdraw.
