How Mines works on Stake: pick tiles, avoid mines, cash out

Mines is a grid game. You choose how many mines are hidden, then reveal tiles one at a time. Each safe tile raises your multiplier, and you can cash out after any tile. Hit a mine and the bet is lost. More mines mean bigger jumps per tile and a higher chance of losing. 18+.

How a round goes

Pick the number of mines, place your bet, and start revealing. After each safe tile, you choose: cash out now, or reveal another.

Mines and risk

Choices that don't help

Picking corners, patterns or "lucky" tiles doesn't change anything. Mine positions are fixed by the provably fair seed before you click.

Dice gives you the same control over risk with a single roll. See all games on the Originals hub.
