How Plinko works on Stake: rows, risk and payouts

In Plinko, a ball drops through rows of pegs and lands in a slot at the bottom with a multiplier. You choose the number of rows and a risk level. Higher risk widens the gap between the small middle multipliers and the rare big ones at the edges. It's a Stake Original, not a slot. 18+.

The two settings

  • Rows. More rows mean more possible landing spots and more extreme edges.
  • Risk. Low, medium or high. Higher risk shrinks the middle payouts and raises the edge ones.

Why the middle is likely

The ball bounces left or right at each peg, and most paths end near the centre. That's where the smallest multipliers sit. The big ones at the edges need a long run of bounces the same way.

Fair and fast

Plinko is provably fair, like other Stake Originals. Rounds are fast, so set a limit. If you prefer setting your own odds, try Dice.

FAQ
